Professional Bio
Meagan Roloff, MA, CCLS, CAE, is an accomplished association executive with a passion for mission-driven leadership, member-centric strategy, and building inclusive communities. She has dedicated her career to advancing missions that improve the lives of children, families, and communities. As Senior Director of Membership & Operations at the National Association for Gifted Children, Meagan leads membership, engagement, and revenue strategies that support 3000 members, over 2,000 annual convention attendees, and a diverse network of educators, families, and advocates. She also leads cross-disciplinary technology initiatives to modernize the member experience and unlock operational efficiencies.
She previously held leadership roles at the Health Industry Distributors Association and the Association of Child Life Professionals, where she drove membership growth, strengthened funder partnerships, and launched nationally recognized initiatives. Known for aligning strategy with data and values, Meagan has led enterprise-wide technology transformations, reimagined volunteer programs, and built systems that center equity and member voice while addressing real-world needs.
Honored as a 2023 ASAE NextGen Scholar and a 2022 Association Forum Forty Under 40 recipient, Meagan also serves on ASAE’s Membership Professionals Advisory Council and the University of Illinois ACES Alumni Board. Meagan is a rising thought leader in the association community, with presentations, interviews, and articles on membership models, equity in volunteerism, and new member onboarding. She holds the Certified Association Executive credential.
