Rosa Varela is a bilingual special education advocate. After graduating from UCLA, she taught for 25 years, working as a special education teacher, writing and coordinating IEPs. She developed programs in Autism, AVID, and GATE. She specializes in 2e/3e gifted differentiation, accommodations, and supporting 2e/3e students and families through IEPs and college advocacy.
