Join the Research & Evaluation Network Graduate Student Reading Group for a discussion with Dr. Fred A. Bonner II, co-editor of Belonging in Higher Education: Perspectives and Lessons from Diverse Faculty and a leading scholar of talent development among academically gifted African American males. We will discuss how faculty of color cultivate belonging, mentorship, and scholarly voice; how excellence gets recognized, supported, and sustained at each stage of the academic pipeline; and how current graduate students can integrate these issues into their work.
