Professional Bio

Meagan Roloff, CAE AAiP, is an accomplished association executive known for leveraging technology and strategy to advance mission-driven, member-centered organizations. As Associate Executive Director at the National Association for Gifted Children, she leads organization-wide technology initiatives that modernize the member experience, drive revenue growth, and improve operational efficiency for a national community of educators, families, and advocates. Her work integrates data, systems, and inclusive design to better serve diverse stakeholders and scale impact.

Previously, Meagan held roles at the Health Industry Distributors Association and the Association of Child Life Professionals, where she grew membership, strengthened partnerships, and reimagined volunteer and leadership systems to promote inclusivity. Meagan holds both the Certified Association Executive and Association AI Professional certifications. She has been recognized as a 2026 AWTC Technology Champion, a 2023 ASAE NextGen Scholar, and a 2022 Association Forum Forty Under 40 honoree. Meagan is also recognized as a thought leader and speaker on membership strategy, volunteer engagement, and organizational leadership. Meagan serves on the University of Illinois ACES Alumni Board and is a respected thought leader in the association community, contributing presentations, interviews, and writing on membership strategy, volunteer engagement, and organizational leadership.
