Ashley Phelps, PhD

Dr. Ashley Phelps is a mission-driven education leader with nearly two decades of experience dedicated to supporting teachers, students, and school systems. With a PhD in Education (Leadership, Policy, & Change) and a background spanning public, charter, and virtual school environments, she has spent her career at the intersection of instructional innovation and student advocacy. She is passionate about supporting student needs, especially the needs of unique learners. She volunteers for NAGC and in her community and founded her own nonprofit organization in 2026, Auctus Education Collaborative. Her favorite role, however, is being the parent of a twice-exceptional child.
