What is the NAGC25 Code of Conduct?
All NAGC25 attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, staff, and volunteers must abide by the NAGC25 Code of Conduct and NAGC Standards of Conduct.
What steps is NAGC taking to create a safe and welcoming environment?
The safety and well-being of our attendees is NAGC’s highest priority. We are in careful communication with the David L. Lawrence Convention Center and local authorities about security measures and protocols at the meeting venue. Additionally, NAGC offers a quiet room for any attendees needing a space to regroup and recharge during the event.
What accomodations does NAGC provide to convention attendees?
NAGC provides the following accommodations for attendees at the NAGC Annual Convention:

Sign language interpreter and reserved upfront seating for hearing and visually impaired attendees at the General Sessions.

Reserved seating with extra room for mobility in all session rooms for attendees in wheelchairs/scooters, etc.

Ramp to the General Session stage for any attendees/awardees, etc with mobility issues.

Reserved seats at the front of the room in all session rooms for hearing and visually impaired attendees.

Presenters with impairments who need extra AV help/time can request this by reaching out to Lacy Compton at least 2 weeks prior to the convention.

All snacks/food offered at the Annual Convention provide options for those with special dietary needs; if you are attending an event where a full meal will be provided (such as preconvention sessions), you may reach out to NAGC with additional dietary needs so that a special meal may be provided to you.

Quiet room is available for attendees who need a mental health break.

Nursing mothers' room is available for attendees who need this space.

Will gender-inclusive restrooms be available at the event?
Yes, gender-inclusive restrooms will be provided alongside standard options.
Are meals provided to attendees?
Meals are not provided. However, preconvention session attendees do receive a continental breakfast and some light snacks are provided at special events.
Is there private space for nursing mothers available?
Yes, nursing mothers can access a dedicated room at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. Stop by the security desk for access.
Is there a discounted rate for students?
Yes! Student members receive a discounted student registration rate. To qualify for student membership, you must provide proof of enrollment. Visit www.nagc.org/page/join_nagc to learn more about student membership and to join.
Is there a discounted rate for retired professionals?
Yes! Retired professionals qualify for a special registration rate. Please contact nagc@nagc.org for details.
My school/district is sending a group to the conference. How can I register my group and are there group discounts?
To initiate the registration process for groups of 5 or more, please email nagc@nagc.org with the following information:

Our customer service team will set up your group registration and billing. They will also provide instructions for you to assign your purchased registrations or have your team register themselves. Please allow 2-3 days for group registration set up and processing.
Are continuing education hours available to Pennsylvania educators?
Yes! Thanks to NAGC's partnership with PAGE, by attending NAGC25, Pennsylvania-based attendees will be able to earn up to 23.5 Act 48 Continuing Education Credits. To earn your Act 48 credits, complete the session evaluation form for each session you attend via the NAGC mobile app (which will be available about 1 month prior to the convention to registered attendees).
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing or by email (nagc@nagc.org) no later than October 15, 2025. Any cancellations received prior to October 15th will be charged a $75 processing fee. No refunds after October 15, 2025. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 days of notification of cancellation.
