Speaker Bio
Donna is the Coordinator of Gifted and Talented, Professor of ESL and Director of the New Neighbors Education Center, an outreach and professional development center at IU Southeast. Donna has years of experience teaching and administering in both GT and ESL programs in the USA and internationally. She has an MA in TEFL and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership.
