In-person is cancelled, but the virtual 67th Annual Convention Reimagined! is coming soon!

Thank you for your continued support of the National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC). Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the NAGC leadership made the decision to cancel the in-person NAGC 67th Annual Convention scheduled to take place November 5-8 at Disney’s Coronado Springs® Resort. While we all hope the global COVID-19 pandemic will have subsided by November, uncertainty remains unacceptably high, and the health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, speakers, staff, and volunteers are our paramount concern.
However, that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t get together, in November, as a gifted community to share high-quality education, with time to see old friends and meet new ones. NAGC is exercising its creativity and imagination to deliver the virtual 67th Annual Convention Reimagined! that will exceed your expectations! Registration information and exact dates will be shared with the NAGC community later this month.

If you have already registered to attend, speak, sponsor, or exhibit during the in-person convention, you will receive a separate communication about transferring or cancelling your participation. We will also share new virtual engagement opportunities with speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors.

NAGC knows that many stakeholders are involved in making the Annual Convention a “must-attend” event and we want to thank everyone for their time and support. We especially want to thank Disney’s Coronado Springs® Resort and staff for their cooperation and mutual understanding of the COVID-19-related factors beyond our control that led to this decision.

Thank you again for being part of the NAGC community, and we hope you and your loved ones are safe and well during these unprecedented times.
