Mandatory Proof of Vaccination Requirement to attend NAGC22:

Providing a safe and healthy environment for all attendees remains our top priority. All attendees, presenters, sponsors, staff, volunteers, and vendors attending the NAGC 69th Annual Convention held at the JW Marriott Indianapolis Hotel, Indianapolis, Indiana November 17-20, 2022, must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as defined by the CDC and WHO guidelines. To attend NAGC22, you must verify your vaccination through CrowdPass by October 15, 2022. You will not be allowed to attend the NAGC Annual Convention without uploading your proof of vaccination in the CrowdPass system. NO EXCEPTIONS. If proof of vaccination is not received by the deadline, the registration will be cancelled without a refund.


Registration Instructions

All groups must provide the contact information, purchase order, or check number information below to recieve a customized registration link to register your group. After we receive you uploaded purchase order or copy of the check, an email containing your group's customized link will be sent to the contact person listed below to register your group. All group members MUST be fully vaccinated or have a medical vaccinatoin waiver to attend NAGC22. NO Exceptions  The contact person can register the group members at once or forward the link to the group members to register themselves. The purchase order or the check number is needed for every group member's registration.

  • Paying by Check: Mail your check, payable to NAGC with a copy of this completed registration form to NAGC to complete your registration. Mail to NAGC, PO Box 791600, Baltimore, MD 21279-1600.
  • Payin by Credit Card: If paying by credit card, please complete and submit this form. A customized link, for your group, will be sent to the contact person to register the group and submit payment via credit card online.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellation requests must be submitted to NAGC in writing via email at nagc@nagc.org no later than Saturday, October 15, 2022. Any cancellations received prior to July 1 will not be charged a processing fee. Cancellations received between July 2 and September 30 will be charged a $30 processing fee. Cancellations received between October 1 and October 15 will be charged a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received after October 15 will not receive a refund. All preconvention session cancellations received in writing by October 15 will receive a full refund.
Photo Policy
Photo Release: Photographs and/or video footage taken at NAGC events may be used for publicity on www.nagc.org, Facebook, Twitter, or in print publications. Registration grants permission to NAGC to publish photos, video, and/or comments of attendees in NAGC publicity, unless a letter to request no photos accompanies the registration.
