NAGC22 Covid-19 Vaccination or Negative Test Verification Instructions

All attendees, presenters, sponsors, exhibitors, and staff attending the 2022 NAGC Annual Convention & Exhibition at the JW Marriott Indianapolis Hotel, Indianapolis, Indiana November 17-20, 2022, must either provide proof of vaccination based on the CDC's definition of being fully vaccinatedOR agree to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours prior to your arrival at NAGC22, a rapid test is acceptable. The CDC has recently revised its guidelines for mask wearing based on COVID-19 Community Levels. The current Community Level for Indianapolis, Indiana is “Low,” so Convention attendees may choose to wear a mask based on personal preference, informed by personal level of risk.  

To ensure everyone’s health and safety, all attendees are strongly encouraged to take a COVID-19 test prior to attending the Convention.  We reserve the right to change our health and safety protocols based on the latest World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidance.  

NAGC is using CrowdPass, a HIPAA-compliant service, to verify vaccinations and proof of negative tests. Crowdpass requires a registration that takes in your name, email address, and phone number. This is to collect the information as an aid to contact tracing should that be needed after the event. Registrants will receive an email link to register/sign-in. This email will come from CrowdPass directly, not NAGC. It should only take you a few minutes to complete this simple and secure registration and upload process. CrowdPass follows a thorough two-step verification process, and most verifications are completed within an hour or two, but please be patient if you do not receive your confirmation until the next day. CrowdPass will accept vaccination statuses approved by the WHO and CDC. As part of the approval process, you must also read and accept both the NAGC Event Waiver and Release of Claims and the CrowdPass waivers.

CrowdPass Instructions: 

You will need your vaccination card or proof of a negative COVID-19 test on hand (or a copy/photo of it saved on your computer or mobile device) so you can reference the information on it, to take or upload a picture. Accepted file formats for your upload are .png, .jpg, .jpeg, or .pdf.

  1. To begin, click on the NAGC COVID-19 Verification Form or scan the QR code below to log into CrowdPass with your Google or Facebook credentials, or you can create an account with your email address. (You may receive an email asking you to confirm your email address.) Click confirm to proceed with the verification process.
     
  2. To register, please use the name that is on your vaccination record or negative COVID-19 test results regardless of if your name has changed or if you go by a different name.  If you have used CrowdPass before, you will be able to login with your email and password. If you have not used CrowdPass before, you will create an account with your email. Note: Your CrowdPass account is NOT tied to your NAGC website login credentials. You will need to create a login for CrowdPass if you have not previously done so.
     
  3. Once you’re logged in, you’ll complete the health form for NAGC22. First, read over the Liability Waiver and Release of Claims and the Event Waiver and Release of Claims and then check the box. The Liability Waiver is for CrowdPass, and the Event Waiver is NAGC’s Acknowledgment of Personal Responsibility.
     
  4. Next, answer the screening question and upload either proof of vaccination or your negative COVID-19 test results 48 hours prior to your arrival at NAGC22. You’ll receive an email within 48 hours with either a confirmation or a rejection. If your submission has been rejected, you’ll need to resubmit your information. Typically, this happens because the upload was blurry and you will need to resubmit.

Note: If you have uploaded your vaccination card or negative test and would like to check your approval status, or if you lost your confirmation email:

1. Go to Crowdpass.co
2. Click on the yellow bar at the top of the page, "Existing Client prior to July 1st? Please click HERE for legacy login.
3. Select Consumer Users and login in with email and use the credentials you used to submit your proof of vaccination or negative proof
4. Click the green approval icon to view your verification. You can take a screenshot to save it or save it to your Apple Wallet.

Technical Assistance

Please view CrowdPass’s FAQs, email support@crowdpass.co, or contact CrowdPass support if 1) you experience any technical issues with the verification process; 2) if it has been more than 12 hours since you uploaded your vaccination information but have not received a confirmation and verification code; or 3) you have an unusual situation (such as a non-standard vaccination card) and need assistance.

Reminder: You will not be allowed to attend the 2022 NAGC Annual Convention & Exhibition without uploading your proof of vaccination or negative test in the CrowdPass system. NO EXCEPTIONS.
