Looking for a speaker for a state or regional conference? It’s time for you to add an expert perspective to your event!

NAGC's current and past board members are available to State Affiliates and other conference planners to speak on numerous topics at a significant discount off their regular honorarium fee. These leaders are popular conference speakers, and they have joined forces to support gifted education and NAGC yet again! Whether your conference attendees need to hear about effective classroom strategies, the latest teaching tools, identifying and serving special populations, addressing social and emotional needs, or an update on the latest research on gifted education, NAGC can connect you with quality professional development and content knowledge that best meets your needs.

Interested? Here is how ESP works:

  • Contact NAGC as early as possible to secure an ESP speaker for your conference. A list of speakers and topics is listed below. New speakers are added all the time! ESP list last updated 3/1/12.
  • Choose from among current and past NAGC board members who have agreed to offer at least one ESP booking per year.
  • Support - The State Affiliate (or conference organizer) does not pay an honorarium to the speaker and instead agrees to donate $1,000 to NAGC. Speaker travel expenses (flight and hotel accommodations) are paid by the booking entity. Any other workshops given by the speaker while at the conference would be negotiated between the conference organizers and the speaker.

If you need assistance, please contact Rachel Coleman at NAGC via email or phone (202-785-4268).
