NAGC staff cannot accept registrations that are faxed or mailed in. No NAGC staff will be available in the Washington, DC, office after Friday, October 30. 
Please register online, or come to the America's Center in St. Louis.
The NAGC Convention registration area is in the Washington Avenue Lobby.

All registrants must complete both pages of the two-page registration form. Please read these instructions carefully before completing your registration.

Are you a full-time Graduate Student? Full-time Graduate Students (enrolled in at least 9 credit hours) click here for registration form. Must BRING a class schedule with credit hours indicated.

Pre-Convention Activities        

All pre-convention activities are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-convention activities without sufficient registrations may be cancelled in advance. Check at the Registration desk for current status.

You may register for pre-convention activities without registering for the full NAGC Convention.

Methods of Payment    

Full payment or a purchase order must accompany each registration. NAGC accepts the following: Checks (made payable to National Association for Gifted Children); Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (Please include expiration date and signature); or Purchase Orders: You must include the original PO with your registration, a number alone is not sufficient.

Cancellation Policy/Changes    

Cancellations must be received at NAGC in writing, mail, or fax no later than Monday, October 26, 2009, and will be charged a $75 processing fee. This fee applies to cancellations and changes to your registration. Action Lab fees are non-refundable after September 18, 2009.

All cancellations must be accompanied by a signature. E-mails are not accepted. Refund checks will be mailed after January 1, 2010. All registrations must be in the name of an individual and be accompanied by payment.
