Cancellation Policy: NAGC Convention cancellations must be received at NAGC, by email, no later than Friday, October 19, 2019. Pre-Convention cancellations must be received by September 14, 2019. All cancellations, substitutions, and registration changes will be charged a $100 processing fee. Refunds will be issued by February 1, 2020. Photo Release: Photographs and/or video footage taken at NAGC events may be used for publicity on www.nagc.org, Facebook, Twitter, or in print publications. Registration grants permission to NAGC to publish photos, video, and/or comments of attendees in NAGC publicity, unless a letter to request no photos accompanies the registration.
