Mary Cay Ricci is author of the New York Times Best Selling Education Book, Mindsets in the Classroom (2013) and its companion book, Ready to Use Resources for Mindsets in the Classroom (2015). She is also a Faculty Associate at Johns Hopkins University Graduate School of Education. Her work focuses on Growth and Fixed Mindset theory and responsive instruction--meeting student needs where they are when they enter the classroom.
