The NAGC Board of Directors, whose 13 members are elected in staggered years by the full membership, typically meets three times each year to consider the business of the organization and its strategic direction. At-large and representative positions serve 3-year terms, officer positions serve 2-year terms. Officers include President, Past President, President-Elect, Governance Secretary, and Treasurer. In an effort to keep the NAGC membership updated about key decisions and actions taken by the Board, a document that reflects Board outcomes from each meeting will be posted no later than 30 days after the meeting takes place.
