UConn Mentor Connection is an annual, three-week, summer program at the University of Connecticut for academically talented secondary students. It provides participants with opportunities to participate in creative projects and research investigations under the supervision of university mentors. These mentors work directly with rising juniors and seniors from across the country on projects in common areas of interest. Students are given an in-depth look at an area of interest and learn through immersion in the project. The dates for the 2013 program are July 7-26. Applications will be available in mid-January and will be due in mid-April. |
