1. How much does it cost to ship an item?

All orders within the United States will be shipped via UPS Monday – Friday. Please note that NAGC does not ship to post office boxes. Orders will be shipped within ten business days after the order has been placed. Rush orders received after 4 p.m. EST will not be processed until the following business day. Shipping prices are as follows:

$1.25 if subtotal is less than $7.
$3.50 if subtotal is less than $10
$7.95 if subtotal is less than $24.99
$9.95 if subtotal is less than $49.99
$10.95 is subtotal is less than $74.99
$12.95 if subtotal is less than $129.99
8% of subtotal for orders less than $999.99
7% of subtotal for orders greater than $1,000.00

For overnight delivery, second day or to ship orders outside the United States, including Canada, please e-mail customer relations for an estimate.

2. Do you refund shipping charges?

We refund shipping charges for returns in the following cases:

  • If we ship an incorrect product.
  • If we ship a broken or defective product.
  • If the carrier damages a product during shipping. If we re-ship a product in these cases, we do not add another shipping charge.

3. What is your return policy?

NAGC does not accept returns. You must cancel within 24 hours or your order will be processed.  Publications damaged during shipping may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a replacement.

4. How do I return a damaged item?

5. What type of payment do you accept?

NAGC accepts the following forms of payment for products and services:

Credit Cards and Check Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and check cards that are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. You will be asked to enter your credit card information (on our secure site) at the end of the order process.

Checks
NAGC accepts checks for mail-in orders. To pay by check, please continue through the online order process until you reach the submit button. INSTEAD OF SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER ONLINE, select the option to print out your order, and mail it to NAGC with your check. Please be advised that paying by check slows down the order process. We do not place an order for your items until your check is received, and we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check may delay your order by two weeks.

Coupons/overpayment certificates
We do not accept coupons for membership renewal or overpayment certificates on the Web Site. Please mail all orders using these forms of payment.

6. How long does it take to receive a product?

All orders will be shipped via UPS within ten business days after the order is received. Please note that NAGC does not ship to post office boxes. With standard shipping, you should receive your order in fifteen business days.

7. Can I place an order and have you send me an invoice for payment?

Only K-12 schools with a valid purchase order (PO) attached to a mail-in order may be invoiced.

8. If there was a problem with my credit card bill, what should I do?

9. My colleague is a NAGC member; can I get the member discount?

NAGC member discounts are available only to the individual who holds the membership. NAGC membership is nontransferable. Learn more about becoming a member of NAGC here.

10. Will I receive a discount if I order several copies of the same book?

There are no discounts on top of the 10% member discount for bulk book orders.  There are bulk discounts for brochures.
