2018 NAGC BOARD OF DIRECTORS NOMINATION FORM

Thank you for your interest in serving  as Treasurer on the NAGC Board of Directors.

Please read the qualifications for the position before filling out the form. Each nomination must include the following and all should be uploaded with this form.  However, the letters of support may be sent via email to ckaye@nagc.org.

  • Two letters of support from individuals who can attest to your accomplishments for NAGC (e.g., NAGC leadership, state affiliate officer, network chair, or other).
  • Resumé, CV, or statement that includes: Educational Background, Career Highlights and History, Details of NAGC Participation, Leadership Activities
  • Statement of Candidacy (100 word max for inclusion on the ballot).
  • Four-color, high resolution photograph.

Governance Secretary and Treasurer must have served at least one term on the BOD within the past 10 years
Emailed letters should be sent to ckaye@nagc.org and must be sent by the nomination deadline -- April 9,2018
The statement can be up to 100 words and will be included on the ballot. The Elections Committee reserves the right to edit any Statement of Candidacy to meet NAGC ballot space requirements.
Photograph should be a high-quality, four-color jpeg, gif or png file.
