2017 NAGC Board of Directors Nomination Form

Thank you for your interest in serving on the NAGC Board of Directors.

There are five open positions. Nomination deadline is April 10, 2017, and online elections begin June 15, 2017.  Terms begin September 1, 2017.The slate is created after the nomination deadline and the Elections Committee has reviewed all the applications.

Each open position requires different qualifications.  Please read the qualifications for the position in which you are interested before filling out the form. Each nomination must include the following and all should be uploaded with this form.  However, the letters of support may be sent via email to ckaye@nagc.org.

  • Two letters of support from individuals who can attest to your accomplishments for NAGC (e.g., NAGC leadership, state affiliate officer, network chair, or other).
  • Description of your publications, presentations, and/or creative contributions.
  • Statement of Candidacy (100 word max for inclusion on the ballot).
  • Four-color, high resolution photograph.

Emailed letters should be sent to ckaye@nagc.org and must be sent by the nomination deadline -- April 10,2017
The statement can be up to 100 words and will be included on the ballot. The Elections Committee reserves the right to edit any Statement of Candidacy to meet NAGC ballot space requirements.
Photograph should be a high-quality, four-color jpeg, gif or png file.
